Stepping out of the army’s clear chain of command and into the boundless world of entrepreneurship was like trading a compass for a blank map. I grappled with:

• Hierarchy to Horizon: In the military, every order had a defined purpose and an established protocol. Suddenly, I was my own leader—and my own follower—forced to set direction without a blueprint. Decisions felt weighty when there was no superior calling the shots.

• Systems Thinking vs. Product Thinking: My years of logistics and operations instilled a powerful systems mindset—seeing every cog in motion. But translating that big‑picture view into a simple, user‑friendly prototype wasn’t intuitive. How do you distill complex interdependencies into a single device or app? I spent countless nights sketching flowcharts that still felt too sprawling.

• Spiritual Abundance Paralysis: After witnessing the power of breathwork, meditation, crystal grids, biofeedback—and dozens of biohacks—I felt rich in possibility but poor in focus. It was like standing at an all‑you‑can‑eat buffet of spiritual practices and tech tools, only to freeze at the door, overwhelmed by choice.
